Nathan "Nate" Minkel, a lifetime resident of Ventura County was born and raised in the beautiful Ojai Valley. Prior to joining to Troop, Nate worked in the fitness industry opening his first fitness retail store at the age of 19. After 2 years, Nate had one of the largest fitness equipment stores in Southern California and was well known in the fitness industry for his aggressive marketing and record-breaking sales. Nate was soon approached by the world's largest fitness chain to purchase his store. After months of negotiation, Nate sold his store and moved into commercial fitness sales and health club development. There Nate honed his skills as an entrepreneur, aiding developers of large health clubs with finance to real estate acquisition to the schematics of equipment orientation. Nate's aggressive drive and motivation have afforded him the ability and knowledge to aid buyers and sellers in the Ojai Valley and Ventura County real estate markets. Nate enjoys traveling, golfing, riding dirt bikes, surfing, wake boarding and spending time with family and friends in his spare time.
